Across the Singapore market, published post-renovation packages generally run from about S$300–S$500 for a lightly renovated HDB or condo unit, S$500–S$900 for fuller renovations, and upwards of S$1,000 for landed properties or heavy works. The premium over ordinary deep cleaning is real: fine cement and gypsum dust resettles for hours after each pass, so the job needs repeated systematic passes — high to low — plus removal of paint flecks, adhesive and grout haze that ordinary cleaning agents don't touch.
What a proper handover clean includes
