3. Purposes for which we use personal data
We may collect, use and disclose your personal data for purposes including, without limitation:
- responding to and following up on your enquiries and requests;
- assessing requirements, preparing quotations and providing, performing and administering our services;
- managing our relationship with you, billing, payment and record-keeping;

4. Consent
By providing your personal data to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that personal data for the purposes set out in this Policy and for purposes notified to you at the time of collection. 5. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to:
- our employees, crew and authorised representatives who need it to carry out the purposes above;

Where we transfer personal data overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA. By using the Site and submitting personal data, you consent to such transfer and processing.
7. Accuracy of personal data
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to us is accurate, current and complete, and for informing us of any changes. We are not responsible for any loss or consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data that you have provided.
8. Protection of personal data
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot and do not guarantee its absolute security, and any transmission of personal data to us is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to, or loss, misuse or alteration of, personal data that occurs despite our reasonable security arrangements.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. When personal data is no longer required for any legal or business purpose, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
10. Access and correction
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or information about the ways in which it may have been used or disclosed, by contacting our Data Protection Officer below. We may require you to verify your identity, may charge a reasonable fee for an access request (and will inform you of the fee beforehand), and may decline a request to the extent permitted or required by law. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required under the PDPA.
11. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by giving us reasonable notice in writing to the contact below. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing our services to you, respond to your enquiry, or fulfil existing arrangements, and may not affect processing already carried out or processing that we are otherwise entitled or required to perform under applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect our right to retain personal data where permitted by law.

Your continued use of the Site or continued provision of personal data after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. Please review this page periodically.
