This Privacy Policy explains how Brigade Cleaning & Supplies Services Pte Ltd (UEN 197502184D) (“Brigade”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”). Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing our services to you, respond to your enquiry, or fulfil existing arrangements, and may not affect processing already carried out or processing that we are otherwise entitled or required to perform under applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect our right to retain personal data where permitted by law.

We also operate our own first-party website analytics, hosted on our website infrastructure, to understand how the Site is used. This does not use advertising cookies; it records information such as your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (for example country and city), the pages you view, referring website, browser/device information and the amount of time spent on the Site. We use this information for security, to measure and improve the Site, and for our legitimate business interests. We do not use it to identify you personally beyond what is described in this Policy, and we do not sell it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for our obligations that cannot be excluded under the PDPA, Brigade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Site, this Policy, or the collection, use, disclosure or processing of personal data, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may amend, update or replace this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective when the revised Policy is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or continued provision of personal data after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. Please review this page periodically.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with it.
