A home ready for guests, finished before the first arrival

Before Christmas we prepare the home to the last detail: kitchens degreased ahead of the cooking, guest bathrooms restored, glass, brass and surfaces polished, and floors finished. For homes with marble, polishing can be scheduled in the same window so the floors greet your guests with a deep, even lustre. Work is scheduled around your timeline and completed before the first arrival, with same-day touch-ups available.

After the party: a discreet overnight reset

Once the guests have gone, we reset the home quickly and quietly, often overnight, so you wake to it as though nothing happened. That covers spills and stains, stone and floor care, and full waste clearance. Wine and other spills can etch or stain marble, and many can be honed and polished out, with stubborn stains drawn out and the stone resealed. Severe damage may need localised grinding, which we identify at the assessment.

Book early, festive slots fill first

With Christmas Day on a Friday, the weekend before it is the natural hosting window and the first to fill. Enquire as early as you can, ideally four to six weeks ahead, to secure your preferred date.
