One-off deep cleaning in Singapore is sold two ways: by the hour (published market rates commonly S$20–S$35 per cleaner-hour) or as a whole-home package. Package pricing across the market typically starts in the low hundreds for smaller flats and rises with size and condition. Here is how to compare quotes properly.

As a guide to what Singapore providers publish: smaller HDB flats commonly land in the S$200–S$400 range for a full one-off deep clean, condominiums roughly S$300–S$600, and landed homes from around S$500 well upwards depending on floor area, number of bathrooms and condition. Hourly-rate bookings look cheaper per hour but the total depends entirely on how many cleaner-hours the crew actually needs — a figure you can't verify in advance.
What separates a deep clean from a normal clean
A genuine deep clean covers the things routine cleaning never touches: degreasing kitchens, restoring bathrooms, interior glazing and window tracks, skirting, vents, fittings, and the high and low points of every room. When comparing quotes, ask specifically whether these are included — a low headline price that excludes glazing, tracks and degreasing isn't comparable to one that includes them.
